Tuition (Pre-Kindergarten through Eighth Grade)

Vistation Catholic School is dedicated to a model of affordable tuition for any family that wishes their child to attend our school. In order to both keep the cost affordable and still maintain an income to support the school, we are introducing "Flexible Tuition".

What is Flexible Tuition?

This is a method of tying the cost of fund-raising directly to the amount of tuition paid out of pocket. The more you fundraise, up to the maximum, the more comes directly off of the cost paid out of pocket for tuition. Once you reach the maximum, you will split the profit dollars you raise, 50% to the fundraiser and 50% off of your tuition.

Currently there are four main avenues to fundraise for Visitation Catholic School: the Auction, Annual Fund, PTO fundraisers, and Scrip. On past contracts, parents would be asked to pay a set amount for their tuition, agree to perform fifteen or thirty service hours, and further agree to fundraise $400.00 or $650.00, depending on the number of children in the family. With this new flexible model, parents are given a range of tuition. The key factor in the range is the amount of fundraising you wish to commit to. For one child you can commit to a maximum of $800.00 of fundraising that comes directly off the out of pocket cost of the tuition, for two children it is $1200.00 and for three children it is $1400.00. Once you reach those maximums, anything further you generate in profit dollars will be split 50% to the fundraiser and 50% to your tuition. The only fundraiser that remains mandatory for all families, even those who pay the highest end of the range, is Auction.

Service Hours Commitment

Because parent/guardian involvement is essential to the success of the school, our policy at Visitation Catholic School requires families complete a minimum of 30 hours of service to the school per year (15 hours for single parent households).

Three of these hours must be applied towards our annual school auction.

Activity Fees

Students in grades K-8 may participate in the after-school arts program. There is a $50 fee for each five-month session.

Students in grades 5-8 may participate in beginning or advanced band. There is an annual $150 fee for band. Half of the fee is due at the start of school, and the other half is due in January.

Tuition (Pre-Kindergarten)

There are nocommitment hour requirements for the Pre-Kindergarten program. Tuition rates for our Main Campus Pre-K and our St. Ann satellite Pre-K are identical.

Half Day

Tuition: $2,704*
Supply Fee: One time $50.00
