Prayers

As part of the religious curriculum offered by the Office of Catholic Faith Formation of the Archdiocese of Seattle, students are required to learn certain formal prayers appropriate to their grade level.

We provide them here for your reference.

• Kindergarten (Sign of the Cross, Grace, Prayer to One's Guardian Angel)
• 1st Grade (Our Father, Hail Mary, Glory Be, Prayer at Stations of the Cross)
• 2nd Grade (Morning Offering, Act of Spiritual Communion, Act of Contrition)
• 3rd Grade (Jesus Prayer, Apostles' Creed, Memorare)
• 4th Grade (Nicene Creed, Prayer for Peace)
• 5th Grade (Joyful Mysteries, Prayer for Souls in Purgatory, Queen of Heaven)
• 6th Grade (Luminous Mysteries, Prayer to Saint Michael, Anima Christi)
• 7th Grade (Sorrowful Mysteries, Hail Holy Queen, The Angelus, Prayer to the Holy Spirit)
• 8th Grade (Glorious Mysteries, The Divine Praises, Act of Faith, Act of Hope, Act of Love)

Additional Prayers

These prayers are not part of the regular curriculum. They are added when the time and inclination of the webmaster permit.
