Third Grade

My name is Mary Anne Woodard, and I'm the third grade teacher at Visitation Catholic School.

I graduated with a B.A. in Music and Education from Washington State University, (Go, Cougs!), and an M.A. in Education and the Creative Arts from Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

My husband Jerry and I have four sons: Christopher, Scott, Steven, and Bob and three daughters: Marlene, Karen, and Denise. Sam, our dog and Emma, our cat, complete the Woodard household.

I enjoy gardening, painting, traveling, movies, musicals, and dinners with friends and family.

I am very blessed to be able to teach in such a caring and special community. I feel Visitation families and children are an extension of my own family.
