7th grade as nerds

SEPTEMBER7- SEPTEMBER 10

A GREAT FOUR- DAY SCHOOL WEEK

7th Math:  Tuesday- Bring a circle shape tomorrow!! 1.2 #1-34; Thursday: BRING A CIRCLE SHAPE TOMORROW please (something other than a CD please), 1.3 #1-27

8th Math:  Tuesday-1.1 #1-32; Wednesday- 1.2 #1-35

Science: Tuesday-Complete 1.3 reading.  follow the sample problem carefully.  WB 1.2 and 1.3; TEST FRIDAY on CH.1...Wednesday- RRs 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, and word wise. (we will do Enrich and math wise in class tomorrow)

Religion: Tuesday-pg.10 and 11 Know who Pliny, Tacitus, and Josepheus were.  Please bring your BIBLES to school (I believe each student was given one?); Wednesday- we will be moving into Ch.2 Monday.  Fr.Wichet will teach tomorrow. We will also head into the computer lab to research a little about the Jewish faith and customs.

Eighth Grade Religion:   A missionary appeal - due Wednesday

Eighth Grade Reading:  My Antonia - Chptr. IV-VII questions due Wednesday; VIII-XIII due Next Monday; Impossible Journey-Chapter 3-4 questions due Thursday

Eighth Grade Language Arts: My Antonia-vocab test IV-XIII Friday;  Impossible Journey- chapters 1-4 vocab test Friday;

Seventh Grade Reading:   Outsiders-Chapter 2 questions due Wednesday, Chaptr 3 questions due Thursday

Seventh Grade Language Arts: Chaptr 2-4 vocab test Friday

Eighth Grade Writing: Journals due Friday; expository essay due next Monday

Blue and Gold Social Studies:  Begin text, The Citizen and the Constitution
